FAQ
Why does cottage cheese need a special weigher?
Loose cottage cheese is sticky and moist and does not flow on vibrating feeders. Screw feeding, sliding weighing pockets and anti-adhesion surfaces keep the dose accurate.
Pillow bag or cup — which is better for cottage cheese?
Pillow bags give the lowest package cost; cups and containers give a premium retail look and suit creamy curd with inclusions.
