PASTPACK R is an automatic rotary filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid and pasty products into plastic cups and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.
The machine is suitable for dairy products, sour cream, cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, curd products, cream cheese, sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, salads, caviar, pâté, honey, jam, chocolate paste, snacks, nuts, chips, croutons, crackers and selected non-food liquid or paste products.
PASTPACK R is a compact rotary filling machine for manufacturers that need stable filling, foil sealing and flexible configuration for different plastic cups and containers. In the servo version, the rotary table is driven by a servo motor, providing higher performance, improved movement dynamics and better durability of the mechanism.
The machine can process liquid and pasty products, including products with soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm. The standard configuration includes a volumetric piston filler, while additional dosing systems and nozzles can be selected according to the product type.
PASTPACK R can work with round plastic cups and rectangular containers. Depending on the configuration, the machine can be equipped with a plastic cap placing unit, discharge conveyor, UV treatment unit, supply tank heating, viscous product filling system, additional filler for layered products and roll-fed film sealing with contour cutting.
PASTPACK R can be used as a standalone rotary filling and sealing machine or integrated with dosing systems, pumping stations, discharge conveyors, labeling, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for dairy, food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

PASTPACK R can be configured for different cup and container formats, product viscosities, sealing methods and production requirements.
The servo-driven version allows speed adjustment from the control panel, improves machine dynamics and enables installation of additional options such as roll-fed film sealing and PLC-based dose regulation.
