PASTPACK R MINI Rotary Filling and Sealing Machine
PASTPACK R MINI is a compact rotary filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid and pasty products into plastic round cups with subsequent foil sealing.
The machine is suitable for dairy products, sauces, creams, spreads, jams, honey, tomato paste, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salads, soft food products and selected non-food liquids. It can also process products containing soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm.
PASTPACK R MINI is designed for small and medium production facilities that need compact, reliable and cost-effective cup filling equipment. The machine occupies minimal production space while maintaining stable performance up to 33 cycles per minute.
The machine fills products into plastic round cups with a diameter up to 75 mm and height up to 120 mm. After filling, the cup is sealed with foil, which helps protect the product, prepare it for retail sale and maintain a clean package appearance.
The standard configuration includes a volumetric piston filler, making the machine suitable for many liquid and pasty products. For more difficult-to-flow products, the machine can be equipped with an adapted filling system, heating of the supply tank and a set of nozzles for different product types.
PASTPACK R MINI can be used as a standalone filling and sealing machine or integrated with discharge conveyors, dosing systems and auxiliary packaging equipment for dairy, food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
