PASTPACK R2 is an automatic rotary filling and sealing machine designed for dosing liquid, pasty and multicomponent products into plastic cups, buckets and containers with subsequent foil sealing and optional plastic cap placing.
The machine is suitable for sour cream, yogurt, cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, dairy desserts, butter, spreads, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste, pâté, caviar, honey, jam, chocolate paste, salads, snacks and selected non-food liquid or paste products.
PASTPACK R2 is designed for larger plastic containers and buckets up to 3 liters. The increased rotary table diameter allows the machine to work with containers of non-standard shapes and to install additional modules for multicomponent filling, cap placing or roll-fed film sealing.
The machine can process liquid and pasty products, including products with soft, easily deformable inclusions up to 10 mm. This makes it suitable for dairy products with fillings, salads, spreads, sauces and other products where accurate dosing and careful product handling are required.
PASTPACK R2 can be equipped with additional dosing systems for layered or multicomponent products, allowing different product components to be filled into the same container without mixing. This is useful for products with jam, chocolate, whipped cream, nuts, muesli or other inclusions.
PASTPACK R2 can be used as a standalone rotary filling and sealing machine or integrated with discharge conveyors, pumping stations, dosing systems, UV treatment, cap placing, roll-fed film sealing and downstream packaging equipment for food, dairy and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
