SIGITASPAK supplies dosing equipment for automated packaging lines, including flow weighers, large-dose weighing fillers, volumetric fillers, auger powder fillers and piston fillers for liquids and pastes.
Dosing systems are selected according to product type, target dose, flowability, viscosity, dust formation, fraction size, required output and packaging format. The range covers equipment for free-flowing products, powders, granules, bulk materials, crystalline products, liquids, viscous products and pastes.
This section brings together dosing solutions for different packaging tasks: gravimetric weighing for accurate portion weight, volumetric dosing for stable bulk products, auger dosing for powders and piston filling for liquids or pastes.
Flow weighers and large-dose weighing fillers are suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, animal feed, fertilizers, dry mixes and other bulk products.
Volumetric and auger fillers can dose flour, starch, cocoa, milk powder, spices, seeds, nuts, tea, coffee, granules and dusty powder products.
Piston volumetric fillers are designed for milk, yogurt, sour cream, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, oil, liquid soap, detergents and pasty products.
Linear and flow weighers are used for gravimetric dosing of free-flowing, granular and small-piece products. They are suitable for packaging tasks where stable portion weight is required, but a complex multihead combination weigher is not necessary.
Large-dose weighing fillers are designed for bags, sacks, boxes and containers with dry bulk products. They are suitable for industrial dosing tasks where portions are formed by weight and product doses are larger than standard retail packaging formats.
Volumetric fillers are used when products have stable bulk density and can be portioned by volume. Sliding, rotary and rotary valve systems are available for free-flowing, small-fraction, dusty and selected abrasive products.
Auger fillers are used for powder products that do not flow reliably through standard volumetric systems. They dose flour, starch, cocoa, milk powder, spices, dry mixes and other dusty or difficult-to-flow powders by rotating a screw inside a dosing tube.
Piston fillers are used for liquid, viscous and pasty products. They form each portion by piston movement and can be integrated with packaging machines for bags, jars, bottles, cups, containers and other receiving formats.
SIGITASPAK dosing equipment can operate as standalone machinery or be integrated with VFFS machines, stick pack and sachet machines, doypack filling machines, flow pack machines, tray sealing lines, conveyors and complete packaging systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
