Linear and Flow Weighers for Packaging Lines
SIGITASPAK supplies linear and flow weighers for accurate gravimetric dosing of free-flowing, granular, small-piece, frozen, bulk and selected dairy products in automated packaging lines.
Linear and flow weighing systems are used when manufacturers need stable portion weight, simple operation and reliable integration with packaging machines. The range includes single-lane, two-lane, three-lane and four-lane flow weighers, large-dose dosing systems and specialised cottage cheese weighers.
These weighers are an economical alternative to multihead combination weighers for many packaging tasks. They are suitable for products where accurate gravimetric dosing is required, but the production task does not demand a complex multihead weighing system.
Flow weighers can dose grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, spices, tea, coffee, snacks, nuts, dried fruits, pet food, detergents and fertilizers.
The range includes single-, two-, three- and four-lane systems with output from compact dosing tasks up to higher-speed packaging line integration.
Large-dose weighers are available for 1–15 kg bulk products, while cottage cheese weighers are designed for granular loose curd with high moisture content.
Standard flow weighers are suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, spices, tea, coffee, cookies, candies, chips, nuts, dried fruits, frozen vegetables, berries, mushrooms, seafood, dumplings, pet food, detergents, granulated fertilizers and other food or non-food products.
For larger portions, SIGITASPAK offers a large-dose two-lane flow weigher for free-flowing bulk products such as pasta, grains, flour, sugar, pet food, washing powder, soil, fertilizers and construction mixtures. For dairy applications, specialised cottage cheese weighers are available for granular loose curd products with moisture content up to 80%.
Linear and flow weighers can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with vertical packaging machines, flow pack machines, tray sealing lines, doypack filling machines, conveyors and complete automated packaging systems.
