Horizontal Flow Pack Packaging Machines
SIGITASPAK supplies horizontal Flow Pack packaging machines for automatic wrapping of piece, grouped, bakery, confectionery, dairy, frozen, meat, vegetable and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
LINEPACK horizontal machines are suitable for biscuits, wafers, bread, baguettes, croissants, chocolate bars, candies, glazed curd bars, cheese, ice cream, pizza, vegetables, fruit, fresh herbs, frozen food, sausages, meat products, fish products, soap bars, sponges and other products requiring stable Flow Pack packaging.
Horizontal Flow Pack machines form packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wrap the product, seal the longitudinal seam and create transverse seals. Depending on the model, the equipment can support top or bottom film unwinding, high-speed operation, MAP packaging, BOX-MOTION sealing and direct product placement onto film.
Machines can package bakery, confectionery, dairy bars, cheese, vegetables, frozen food, meat, fish, soap and household products.
Equipment produces three-seam Flow Pack packages from polypropylene, barrier, laminated and other heat-sealable films.
The range includes compact semi-automatic machines, standard Flow Pack machines and high-speed systems up to industrial output levels.
