LINEPACK F3M BOX-MOTION Flow Pack Machine for MAP Packaging
LINEPACK F3M BOX-MOTION is a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping food and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages with the option of modified atmosphere packaging.
The machine is suitable for vegetables, fruit, sausages, frozen meat semi-finished products, frozen mushrooms, frozen vegetables, grouped products, heavy products and products with variable size or high friction coefficient.
The key feature of LINEPACK F3M BOX-MOTION is the moving transverse sealing unit. The sealing jaws move together with the product during the sealing cycle, providing longer sealing contact time and reliable hermetic sealing when working with barrier and high-strength films.
BOX-MOTION technology is especially useful for MAP packaging, where package tightness is critical. The machine can displace air inside the package with inert gas and create a more stable packaging environment for products requiring extended shelf life.
Compared with standard rotary transverse sealing, the BOX-MOTION unit provides continuous sealing in tracking mode. This helps maintain seam reliability at production speeds up to 100 cycles per minute and allows the machine to work with stronger films that require longer sealing time.
LINEPACK F3M BOX-MOTION can be used as a standalone Flow Pack machine or integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, date coding, MAP systems, inert gas injection, film perforation and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

LINEPACK F3M BOX-MOTION can be configured for MAP packaging, barrier films, heavy products, grouped products and products with variable size or complex geometry.
The BOX-MOTION sealing unit increases sealing reliability by moving with the product during transverse sealing. This is important for high-strength films, barrier materials and packages where hermetic sealing is required.
