LINEPACK FA is a stainless steel horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping dairy, confectionery, bakery and other piece products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for glazed curd bars, curd mass in briquettes, ice cream, protein bars, chocolate bars, cutlets, pancakes and other piece products that require stable Flow Pack packaging and hygienic machine execution.
The key feature of LINEPACK FA is its stainless steel structure. The machine is suitable for high-humidity production areas and can be used as part of complete glazed curd bar and dairy product packaging lines.
LINEPACK FA forms a Flow Pack package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a rotary sealing unit. The machine can work with polypropylene and polypropylene-based films with one or two heat-sealable layers.
To automate the production process, the line can be equipped with automatic product placing systems, including stepper feeding systems that provide continuous product transfer from the production line to the packaging machine.
LINEPACK FA can be supplied in right-hand, left-hand or two-sided product feeding versions and integrated with feeding conveyors, automatic placers, cooling tables, date coding, labeling, inert gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
