LINEPACK F2 High-Speed Flow Pack Machine
LINEPACK F2 is a high-speed horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping small and medium-sized piece food and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, crispbread, bread, burgers, pancakes, pizza, ice cream, glazed curd bars, chocolate bars, confectionery products, soap bars, sponges and other piece products with similar shape and size.
The key advantage of LINEPACK F2 is high-speed Flow Pack packaging of small piece products. The three-position rotary transverse sealing unit allows the machine to reach up to 180 packages per minute while maintaining stable package geometry and sealing quality.
LINEPACK F2 forms a package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a three-position rotary sealing unit. The machine is designed mainly for similar products produced in batches, especially small confectionery, bakery and dairy-based piece products.
The machine can package products in the shape of a parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex product geometries. It can be used for individual Flow Pack packaging of food products and selected non-food goods.
LINEPACK F2 can be used as a standalone horizontal packaging machine or integrated with product feeding conveyors, automatic placers, transport tables, labeling, date coding, inert gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
