LINEPACK F1 High-Performance Flow Pack Machine
LINEPACK F1 is a high-performance horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping piece food and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, bread, crispbread, burgers, pancakes, pizza, ice cream, cheese, glazed curd bars, chocolate bars, confectionery products, soap bars, sponges and other piece products.
The key advantage of LINEPACK F1 is increased productivity compared with the basic LINEPACK F model. The two-position rotary transverse sealing unit allows the machine to reach up to 120 packages per minute while keeping stable Flow Pack package quality.
LINEPACK F1 forms a package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a two-position rotary sealing unit. The machine is suitable for similar products produced in batches and for products of medium length.
The machine can package products in the shape of a parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex product geometries. This makes it suitable for confectionery, bakery, dairy-based snacks, frozen semi-finished products and non-food piece products.
LINEPACK F1 can be used as a standalone horizontal packaging machine or integrated with product feeding conveyors, automatic placers, transport tables, labeling, date coding, inert gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
