LINEPACK FST Flow Pack Machine for Sticky and Difficult-to-Transport Products
LINEPACK FST is a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping sticky, viscous, delicate and difficult-to-transport products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for cheese, butter, meat products, fish products and other food or non-food products that are difficult to transport by a standard infeed conveyor or require direct placement onto the packaging film.
The key feature of LINEPACK FST is direct product placement onto the film. The product is placed on the film moving along the loading conveyor, which makes the machine suitable for sticky, viscous and difficult-to-handle products packed without trays or corrugated inserts.
LINEPACK FST forms Flow Pack packages from a flat roll of heat-sealable film. The product is placed directly onto the film, then the package is formed, sealed longitudinally and closed by the transverse sealing unit.
The machine is built in stainless steel AISI 304 execution and uses servo drives for the main mechanisms. The modular design simplifies operation, service access and replacement of functional units.
LINEPACK FST can be supplied in two main versions: with intermittent transverse sealing or with continuous Box-Motion transverse sealing. The Box-Motion version is useful when longer sealing contact time and improved sealing stability are required.
LINEPACK FST can be used as a standalone Flow Pack machine or integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, date coding, remote connection systems, film unwinding systems and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
