LINEPACK F3M Flow Pack Machine with Bottom Film Unwinding
LINEPACK F3M with Bottom Film Unwinding is a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for individual wrapping of piece, variable-length, heavy and high-friction products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, cutlets, pancakes, crispbread, bread, bakery products, vegetables, fruit, fresh herbs, frozen dough, meat, poultry, fish, soap bars, sponges, napkins, plastic tableware and other food or non-food products.
The key feature of this LINEPACK F3M version is bottom film unwinding. The film is supplied from below, which makes the machine suitable for products that are difficult to wrap from the top: variable-length products, products with complex shape and heavy products with a high friction coefficient.
LINEPACK F3M with Bottom Film Unwinding forms a Flow Pack package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a rotary sealing unit. The wide package size range allows the machine to work with different product groups and packaging formats.
Bottom film unwinding also simplifies film reel replacement because the operator does not need to lift a heavy reel to the upper position. This is useful for production facilities where frequent film changes, heavy film reels or wide film rolls are used.
The machine can be supplied with carbon steel or stainless steel structure and integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, date coding, Euro slot punching, gas injection, perforation and film splicing systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

LINEPACK F3M with Bottom Film Unwinding can be configured for different Flow Pack package formats, product feeding scenarios and packaging materials.
Bottom film feed is especially useful for products where upper film unwinding is less convenient: vegetables, fruit, fresh herbs, frozen dough, meat, poultry, fish and other products with unstable geometry or high friction.
