Shrink Wrapping Machines and Lines for Group Packaging
SIGITASPAK supplies shrink wrapping machines and automatic shrink packaging lines for group, transport and secondary packaging of food, beverage and non-food products in heat-shrinkable film.
Shrink wrapping equipment is used to form stable multipacks and transport packages from bottles, cans, glass jars, Pure Pak and Gable Top cartons, pillow bags, brick-type bags, cardboard boxes, trays, containers, rectangular products and large-size items.
The section includes semi-automatic shrink wrapping machines, automatic TURBOPACK lines for bottles and cans, specialised machines for Pure Pak cartons, pillow bags, cardboard boxes and large-size products, as well as DIAPAK-AUTO horizontal shrink wrapping equipment for single items and grouped products.
TURBOPACK lines can form bottle and can groups in 2×3, 3×4 and other formats, with shrink film packaging, cardboard pad, cardboard tray or no-cardboard configuration.
Specialised machines are available for pillow bags, brick-type bags, Pure Pak cartons, Gable Top cartons, cardboard boxes and rectangular product blocks.
Shrink wrapping helps improve block rigidity, reduce manual handling, protect products during storage and prepare multipacks for logistics and retail distribution.
For standard group packaging, SIGITASPAK offers TURBOPACK 254 and automatic TURBOPACK 254 modifications for bottles, cans, single products, cardboard boxes, Pure Pak cartons and bagged products. These machines can be configured for different product formats, block layouts and line integration tasks.
For high-output production, TURBOPACK 252 and TURBOPACK 261 lines are used for automatic shrink wrapping of PET bottles, glass bottles, aluminium cans and glass jars. Depending on the model, products can be packed in shrink film only, on a cardboard pad, in a cardboard tray or with additional cardboard elements.
For large or special products, the range includes TURBOPACK 260 for long and large-size items, TURBOPACK 266 for simultaneous group packaging of pillow bags, and DIAPAK-AUTO for horizontal shrink wrapping of single items, bundles and grouped products in POF or LDPE half-sleeve film.
Shrink wrapping machines can be supplied as standalone equipment or integrated into complete packaging lines with filling machines, VFFS machines, flow pack machines, tray formers, carton packing equipment, conveyors, palletizing systems and end-of-line automation.
