TURBOPACK 252T Automatic Shrink Wrapping Line with Tray Forming

TURBOPACK 252T is an automatic shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of PET bottles, glass bottles, aluminium cans and glass jars in shrink film.
The line forms product blocks in 2×3 and 3×4 formats and can package cylindrical containers in a cardboard tray, on a cardboard pad or without cardboard, depending on the required transport package configuration.
TURBOPACK 252T combines block forming, cardboard tray or pad handling, sleeve wrapping and heat shrinking in one automatic shrink packaging line for bottles and cans.
The line is equipped with a row separation system, block former, cardboard feeding unit, tray forming unit, packaging module with sleeve wrapping unit and a two-zone shrink tunnel module.
The sleeve wrapping module allows product blocks to be wrapped in film without stopping the product flow at the wrapping stage, which helps maintain stable line productivity.
TURBOPACK 252T can be integrated into beverage, dairy, food and non-food packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
