TURBOPACK 254 AM-15 is an automatic and semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for packaging single products and pre-formed product blocks in shrink film.
The machine is suitable for bottles, cans, gable top packages, pillow bag groups, cartons, boxes and other products or product groups that require transport, retail or secondary shrink packaging.
TURBOPACK 254 AM-15 differs from the basic semi-automatic TURBOPACK 254 by its feeding conveyor and automatic operating capability. Product feeding can be manual or automatic, while block forming, film wrapping and heat shrinking are performed automatically.
Products enter the feeding conveyor and are transferred to the intermediate conveyor. A sensor system monitors the product or block length, stops the conveyor during sealing, and then transfers the package into the shrink tunnel.
In the shrink tunnel, the film shrinks around the product block, after which the package is cooled by a fan at the tunnel outlet. The machine can work as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or as part of a production line.
TURBOPACK 254 AM-15 can be integrated with feeding conveyors, outfeed conveyors, roller tables and complete packaging systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
