TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 Shrink Wrapping Machine with Box Turning Device
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 with Box Turning Device is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group transport packaging of cardboard boxes in shrink film.
The machine is a specialised modification of the TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 model and is intended for products that must be oriented before group forming and shrink wrapping.
The key feature of this model is the box turning device. It turns and orients cardboard boxes before wrapping, allowing the machine to form stable 6×1 group blocks for transport shrink packaging.
The packaging process includes box feeding, box orientation, block forming, wrapping in shrink film and heat shrinking in the shrink tunnel. The resulting group package is suitable for transport, warehouse handling and secondary packaging tasks.
The basic configuration includes an infeed conveyor with box turning device, block forming mechanisms, packaging module and shrink tunnel module. The machine can be used as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or integrated into a production line.
