TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for packaging single products and group product blocks in shrink film.
The machine is suitable for single products in boxes or trays, glass bottles, PET bottles and group product blocks in 2×3, 2×4 and 3×4 formats.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 is designed for automatic shrink wrapping lines where single products or bottle groups must be formed, wrapped in shrink film and heat-shrunk with stable package geometry.
The machine can operate as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or as part of a production line. The L-shaped layout with a feeding conveyor positioned at 90° to the main machine axis supports automatic one-row and two-row block forming.
The basic configuration includes a feeding conveyor with row and block forming mechanisms, a packaging module and a shrink tunnel module combined as a monoblock. After product grouping, the block is wrapped in shrink film and passes through the shrink tunnel.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10 can be integrated with upstream product feeding systems, conveyors, roller tables and complete packaging lines for beverage, food, household and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
