TURBOPACK 261T Automatic Shrink Wrapping Line with Tray Forming
Package type
TURBOPACK 261T is an automatic shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of PET bottles, glass bottles, glass jars and aluminium cans in cardboard trays with subsequent shrink film wrapping.
The line forms product blocks in 2×3 and 3×4 formats, places the grouped products into a cardboard tray and then wraps the tray pack in heat-shrinkable film for transport, storage and retail distribution.
TURBOPACK 261T combines row separation, block forming, cardboard tray forming, film wrapping and heat shrinking in one automatic packaging line for bottles and cans.
The line operates in fully automatic mode and can be equipped with a row separation system based on a “shaker” or “arrow” configuration, depending on the product type, line layout and required block forming method.
All key packaging stages are performed sequentially within one line: product feeding, row separation, block forming, cardboard tray forming, film wrapping and shrink tunnel processing.
TURBOPACK 261T can be integrated into beverage, dairy, food and non-food packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
