TURBOPACK 266 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group transport packaging of pillow bags in polyethylene shrink film.
The machine is suitable for pillow bags with noodles, grains, cereals, dry grocery products, bulk products and selected piece products that need to be formed into transport blocks and wrapped in shrink film.
The key feature of TURBOPACK 266 is simultaneous forming of two product blocks. This increases line efficiency when packaging pillow bags into grouped transport packs.
The packaging process is performed automatically: the machine feeds pillow bags, forms product blocks, wraps them in shrink film and transfers the grouped packages into the shrink tunnel for heat shrinking.
Group shrink packaging improves transportability, product protection, block rigidity and cost efficiency for secondary packaging and warehouse handling.
TURBOPACK 266 can be integrated with upstream bagging machines, conveyors, bag calibration units, roller tables and downstream transport systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
