TURBOPACK 254 is a semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of product blocks and large single items in shrink film.
The machine is suitable for bottles, cans, cartons, gable top packages, doypack groups, pillow bag groups, containers, boxes and other pre-formed product blocks that require transport or group shrink packaging.
TURBOPACK 254 is the basic semi-automatic model in the TURBOPACK shrink wrapping range. Product loading and block forming are performed manually, while block transfer to the sealing area, film wrapping and heat shrinking are carried out automatically.
The machine is built as a monoblock and includes a work table with pusher, packaging module and shrink tunnel module. After the operator places the product on the work table and starts the cycle, the pusher moves the block into the packaging area.
The sealing head welds the film with a double seam and cuts it with a knife. The discharge conveyor then transfers the package into the shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the product block and is cooled at the tunnel outlet.
TURBOPACK 254 can operate as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or be integrated with transport systems, roller tables and discharge conveyors for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
