TURBOPACK 254 AB-8 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of pillow bags and brick-type bags with bulk products in shrink film.
The machine is suitable for bags with grains, cereals, dry grocery products and similar bulk products that need to be formed into rectangular transport blocks and wrapped in polyethylene shrink film.
TURBOPACK 254 AB-8 forms rectangular blocks from pillow bags and brick-type bags, wraps the block in shrink film and transfers it to the shrink tunnel for heat shrinking in automatic mode.
The machine can form group blocks in 3×4, 3×5, 2×4, 2×5 and 3×2 formats, depending on the product, bag dimensions and required transport package configuration.
The basic configuration includes a feeding conveyor, work table with block forming mechanism, packaging module and shrink tunnel module. The machine can be used as standalone equipment or integrated into production and packaging lines.
TURBOPACK 254 AB-8 can be integrated with upstream bagging machines, conveyors, roller tables and downstream transport systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
