TURBOPACK 260 is a shrink wrapping machine designed for packaging large-size and long products in polyethylene shrink film for transport and distribution.
The machine is suitable for construction materials, insulation products, furniture panels, PVC and wood-based panels, linoleum, boards, doors, frames and other large or long products that require non-hermetic transport shrink packaging.
TURBOPACK 260 is designed for products that are too large for standard group shrink wrapping machines. Product feeding is performed by the operator, while film wrapping, longitudinal sealing and heat shrinking are carried out automatically.
The packaging process forms a non-hermetic transport package that helps protect large products during handling, storage and transportation. The machine uses polyethylene shrink film and a two-zone shrink tunnel for stable heat shrinking.
The basic configuration includes a feeding conveyor, packaging module, intermediate conveyor and shrink tunnel module. TURBOPACK 260 can operate as standalone equipment or be integrated into production and packaging lines.
TURBOPACK 260 can be used by manufacturers of building materials, insulation, furniture panels, finishing materials, wood products and other large-size goods in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
