TURBOPACK 254 APP-12 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of Pure Pak, Gable Top and similar carton packages in shrink film.
The machine forms group blocks of carton packages with a cardboard pad and vertical cardboard inserts. This helps protect the top carton gable from deformation during transport, storage and further handling.
TURBOPACK 254 APP-12 is a specialised automatic shrink wrapping solution for Pure Pak and Gable Top packages. The machine forms product blocks in 2×3, 2×4, 2×5, 3×4 and 3×5 formats with cardboard support and vertical inserts.
Product feeding, block forming, cardboard pad placement, vertical insert placement, shrink film wrapping and transfer to the shrink tunnel are performed automatically.
The machine is built on the TURBOPACK shrink wrapping platform and can be used as standalone equipment or integrated into production and packaging lines. Right-hand and left-hand infeed conveyor versions are available depending on the line layout.
TURBOPACK 254 APP-12 can be used in dairy, beverage and food packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
