TURBOPACK 254 ASP-8P is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group transport packaging of cylindrical products in shrink film with placement on a cardboard pad.
The machine is suitable for glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and other cylindrical containers that need stable group packaging for transportation, storage and retail distribution.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-8P forms product blocks on a cardboard pad and wraps them in shrink film. The machine supports group formats such as 3×4, 3×5 and 4×5, making it suitable for transport multipacks of bottles and cans.
Products can be fed in one or two rows depending on container dimensions. The infeed conveyor with row fixing mechanism helps form stable blocks before the product group is transferred to the cardboard pad feeding and shrink wrapping area.
The machine includes a block forming unit with cardboard pad feeding, packaging module and shrink tunnel module. After film wrapping, the product block passes through the shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the group package.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-8P can be used as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or integrated into automatic packaging lines for beverage, food, household and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
