TURBOPACK 252 is a high-speed automatic shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of bottles, cans and jars in shrink film.
The line is suitable for PET bottles, glass bottles, aluminium cans, glass jars and other cylindrical containers that require fast secondary packaging for transport, warehouse handling and retail distribution.
TURBOPACK 252 is a high-performance shrink wrapping line with sleeve wrapping. The packaging module wraps the product block in film dynamically without stopping the product, allowing the line to reach output up to 35 packs per minute.
The machine forms group blocks in 2×3 and 3×4 formats from cylindrical containers, wraps the block in shrink film and transfers it to the two-zone shrink tunnel for heat shrinking.
TURBOPACK 252 operates in fully automatic mode and can be equipped with a row separation system such as a “shaker” or “arrow” mechanism, depending on the product and line configuration.
TURBOPACK 252 can be integrated into high-speed beverage, dairy, food and non-food packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
