TURBOPACK 254 AK-12 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of rectangular products in soft and carton packaging.
The machine is suitable for rectangular products, carton packs, gable top packages, soft packages and other pre-formed product blocks that require stable transport or secondary packaging in shrink film.
TURBOPACK 254 AK-12 forms product blocks of different configurations, including 1×6, 2×6, 3×4 and other layouts within the maximum block dimensions. It is designed for automatic group shrink packaging of rectangular products.
The machine forms the required product block, wraps it in shrink film, creates a double welded seam and transfers the package into the shrink tunnel for heat shrinking.
TURBOPACK 254 AK-12 can operate as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or be integrated into production and packaging lines. The feeding conveyor can be supplied in right-hand or left-hand execution depending on the line layout.
TURBOPACK 254 AK-12 can be used for transport and secondary packaging lines in food, dairy, beverage, household, carton packaging and non-food production in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
