SIGITASPAK supplies PASTPACK open-rotor filling machines for dosing liquid, pasty, viscous, powder, granular and bulk products into ready-made jars, bottles, cans, PET bottles and plastic containers.
Open-rotor filling machines are designed for non-standard packaging tasks where ordinary closed-pocket rotary machines are limited by container shape, material, height or loading direction. The equipment can work with glass jars, metal cans, plastic cups, PET bottles, narrow-neck containers, tall containers and irregular packaging formats.
The open-rotor design provides flexible container handling for filling, foil sealing, plastic cap placing, screw cap closing and integration with additional functional modules. This makes the machines suitable for special filling tasks involving jars, bottles, cans and complex rigid containers.
