PASTPACK OR LZH Open-Rotor Liquid Filling and Capping Machine
PASTPACK OR LZH is an open-rotor filling and capping machine designed for dosing liquid and pasty products into small plastic containers with a narrow neck and subsequent plastic cap closing.
The machine is suitable for water, antiseptic products, cosmetic liquids, auto chemical products, household chemical liquids, liquid detergents, selected food liquids and other liquid or pasty products packed into small plastic bottles or narrow-neck containers.
The key feature of PASTPACK OR LZH is its adaptation for narrow-neck plastic containers. The machine combines open-rotor container handling, volumetric piston filling and automatic plastic cap closing in one production-ready system.
The open-rotor design provides stable container positioning during filling and capping. This configuration is useful when the container shape, neck geometry or handling requirements make standard rotary pocket machines less suitable.
Product dosing is performed by a block of volumetric piston filling modules. The machine can be used for products with different viscosity levels, provided that the filling system is selected according to the product characteristics.
PASTPACK OR LZH can be used as a standalone filling and capping machine or integrated with container feeding systems, conveyors, cap handling units, labeling, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
