PASTPACK OR is an open-rotor filling and sealing machine designed for dosing products into containers of irregular shape, tall containers, glass jars, metal cans, bottles and plastic cups that cannot be handled by a standard closed-pocket rotary machine.
The machine is suitable for mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, milk, kefir, sauces, preserves, fish preserves, vitamins, tablets and other food or non-food products packed into ready-made containers.
The key feature of PASTPACK OR is the open-rotor table with open pockets. This design allows the machine to work with non-standard containers, containers that cannot be loaded vertically, glass and metal packaging, and containers higher than 200 mm.
PASTPACK OR is a special version of a rotary filling machine. The open-pocket rotor and in-line machine configuration make it possible to install additional units and adapt the machine for specific filling, sealing and capping tasks.
Depending on the selected configuration, the machine can perform container feeding, product dosing, foil lid placing, foil sealing, plastic cap placing, twist-off capping for glass containers and finished container discharge.
PASTPACK OR can be used as a standalone filling and sealing machine or integrated with product feeding systems, discharge conveyors, date coding, capping units and downstream packaging equipment for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
