Automatic American Case Packers for Corrugated Boxes
SIGITASPAK supplies automatic American Case packers for loading products into corrugated cardboard boxes at the final stage of production and packaging lines.
American Case packers are used for secondary and transport packaging of bags, Flow Pack products, Doypack pouches, flat bottom bags, cups, containers, plastic jars, dairy products, curd bricks, shrink-wrapped bundles and other primary packages.
The section includes vertical case packers, robotic monoblock case packers and specialised machines for different product formats: rigid containers, pillow bags, doypack bags, flat bottom pouches, curd bricks and products in plastic trays.
Machines load products into pre-formed four-flap corrugated boxes used for transport, warehouse handling and retail distribution.
Solutions are available for rigid packs, soft packages, Flow Pack products, doypack bags, flat bottom pouches and dairy products.
Case packers can be integrated with case erectors, carton sealing machines, conveyors, checkweighers and palletizing systems.
SPT-25 Automatic Case Packer is suitable for group loading of rigid and semi-rigid products into pre-formed American Case boxes. It is used for cups, jars, Pure Pak cartons and other products that can be formed into layers or blocks.
SPM-AUV-85-MZH and SPM-AUV-60 are vertical automatic case packers for soft and flexible packages. SPM-AUV-85-MZH is used for pillow bags and Flow Pack products, while SPM-AUV-60 is designed for Doypack and flat bottom bags.
SPM-SR-20 is designed for oriented layer loading of curd bricks, products in trays and plastic containers. It is suitable for dairy products, cream cheese, spreads, pâtés and other paste-like products requiring careful product orientation inside the box.
SPM-V02 and SPM Robotic Monoblock Case Packer combine several end-of-line operations in one compact machine. Depending on configuration, they can form the corrugated case, group products, load them into the box and seal the case.
