SPM-V02 Robotic Monoblock Case Packer for Doypack and Flat Bottom Bags
SPM-V02 Robotic Monoblock Case Packer is an automatic end-of-line machine designed for case erecting, group loading of doypack and flat bottom bags, and sealing of corrugated American Case boxes in one compact unit.
The machine is suitable for doypack bags, flat bottom pouches, pillow bags and other flexible primary packages that keep their shape and can be formed into blocks before loading into corrugated cases.
The key advantage of SPM-V02 is its monoblock design: case forming, product grouping, product loading and case sealing are combined in one machine, reducing the required production floor area and simplifying end-of-line automation.
The packaging cycle starts with forming a corrugated case from a flat blank. The blank is taken from the magazine, opened into an American Case box and prepared for product loading.
A stepping infeed conveyor forms the required product block from doypack or flat bottom bags. The formed block is then transferred into the prepared corrugated box using vacuum or mechanical grippers selected according to the product and package type.
After loading, the filled case is transferred to the built-in sealing unit, where the upper and lower flaps are closed and sealed with adhesive tape. The machine can work with low-height boxes from 70 mm and standard corrugated cardboard blanks.
SPM-V02 Robotic Monoblock Case Packer can be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines, product feeding systems, conveyors, checkweighers, carton sealing equipment, palletizing systems and complete end-of-line solutions for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
