SPT-25 Automatic Case Packer for American Case Boxes
SPT-25 Automatic Case Packer is a machine designed for group loading of products into pre-formed corrugated cardboard boxes of the American Case type.
The machine is suitable for plastic jars, plastic cups, Pure Pak cartons, rigid and semi-rigid containers, and other products that can be formed into layers or blocks before loading into a corrugated case.
SPT-25 forms a product layer or block, feeds a pre-formed American Case box to the loading area and places the product block into the box from above using a vertical gravity loading system.
The case packer performs the main operations automatically: product feeding to the block forming conveyor, layer or block forming, corrugated box feeding to the loading station, vertical product loading into the box and discharge of the filled case to the next packaging stage.
Product-contact parts and units are made of corrosion-resistant materials suitable for food industry applications. The machine is designed for stable operation with products of different shapes while maintaining block geometry during loading.
SPT-25 can be integrated into SIGITASPAK automatic filling, packaging, case sealing, conveying and end-of-line systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
