SPM-SR-20 Automatic Case Packer for Curd Bricks and Plastic Containers
SPM-SR-20 Automatic Case Packer is a machine designed for oriented layer loading of curd bricks, Flow Pack products, products in trays and plastic containers into pre-formed corrugated cardboard boxes of the American Case type.
The machine is suitable for dairy and paste-like products, including curd bricks in Flow Pack, cottage cheese, curd mass, processed cheese, pâtés, spreads, cream cheese and products packed in plastic containers or trays.
SPM-SR-20 performs oriented flat layer loading into American Case boxes. This makes the machine suitable for dairy products where package geometry, accurate product orientation and stable case filling are critical.
Products are supplied from the customer’s packaging machines in a single row, oriented, grouped according to the selected recipe and then loaded layer by layer into the prepared corrugated case.
The product block can be formed in formats such as 2×2 or 3×2. After the required group is formed, the manipulator transfers the layer into the box. The box is mechanically fixed during loading to maintain accurate positioning and stable case geometry.
SPM-SR-20 can be integrated with case erectors, carton sealing machines, checkweighers, metal detectors, conveyors, robotic palletizing systems and complete end-of-line packaging lines for dairy, food and paste-like product manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
