SPM-AUV-85-MZH Automatic Case Packer
SPM-AUV-85-MZH Automatic Case Packer is a machine designed for group loading of pillow bags and Flow Pack products into pre-formed corrugated cardboard boxes of the American Case type.
The machine is suitable for soft primary packages that keep their shape, including pillow bags with food products, milk and dairy drinks, pasta, confectionery, cookies, candies, caramel and other bulk or liquid products packed in flexible packaging.
SPM-AUV-85-MZH forms product layers from pillow bags and loads them vertically into a pre-formed American Case box from above, helping maintain stable block geometry inside the corrugated case.
The machine is used at the final stage of the packaging line and can be integrated into automatic filling, primary packaging and group packaging systems. It supports accurate layer forming and stable product placement into the case.
The packaging process includes product feeding, layer forming, feeding of the pre-formed corrugated box to the loading area, vertical top loading of the soft packages into the case and discharge of the filled box to the next end-of-line operation.
SPM-AUV-85-MZH can be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines, feeding conveyors, carton sealing machines, checkweighers, palletizing systems and complete end-of-line solutions for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
