SPM-AUV-60 Automatic Vertical Case Packer for Doypack and Flat Bottom Bags
SPM-AUV-60 Automatic Vertical Case Packer is a machine designed for group loading of doypack bags and flat bottom pouches into pre-formed corrugated cardboard boxes of the American Case type.
The machine is used as part of an end-of-line packaging area and is suitable for flexible packages that keep their shape, including doypack bags, flat bottom pouches and similar soft packages prepared for group case packing.
SPM-AUV-60 does not include a case erector or carton sealing machine. It is a compact vertical loading unit that receives bags from the filling line, forms a product block and loads it into a ready American Case box.
Doypack or flat bottom bags are fed from the packaging line to the grouping unit. The machine forms a product block of the required configuration, grips it vertically with light compression and transfers it above the prepared corrugated case.
When the product block is positioned over the box, the unloading gate opens and the bags are placed into the case by gravity while preserving the block geometry. This principle helps reduce deformation of flexible packages during loading.
SPM-AUV-60 can be integrated with SIGITASPAK doypack filling machines, vertical packaging machines, feeding conveyors, case erectors, carton sealing machines, checkweighers, palletizing systems and complete end-of-line solutions for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
