Large-Dose Weighing Fillers for Bags and Boxes

Large-dose weighing fillers are used when manufacturers need stable portion weight for medium and large product doses. The equipment is suitable for grains, cereals, rice, sugar, salt, seeds, animal feed, dry mixes, fertilizers, detergents, construction mixtures, chemical products and other dry bulk materials.
WEIGHER 50 and WEIGHER 100 are compact gravimetric dosing units for industrial packaging tasks where portion weight accuracy is more important than simple volumetric dosing.
Fillers can dose dry bulk products into bags, sacks, boxes, containers and other receiving formats used in industrial packaging lines.
Equipment is suitable for free-flowing, granulated and crystalline products, including grains, sugar, salt, fertilizers, animal feed and dry mixes.
Large-dose weighing fillers can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with conveyors, bagging systems and downstream packaging equipment.
The dosing process is controlled by a microprocessor weighing terminal. The operator can set dosing parameters on the display, while the system forms each portion by weight and discharges it into the selected packaging format.
WEIGHER 50 is suitable for larger portions up to 50 kg, while WEIGHER 100 is designed for medium large-dose tasks in the 2–10 kg range. Both models are intended for industrial gravimetric filling of food and non-food bulk products.
