WEIGHER 50 Large-Dose Weighing Filler
WEIGHER 50 is a large-dose weighing filler designed for accurate gravimetric dosing of free-flowing, granulated and crystalline products into bags, boxes and other receiving containers.
The machine is suitable for products that require large portions from 5 to 50 kg, including grains, cereals, sugar, salt, granulated products, fertilizers, animal feed, construction mixtures and selected non-food bulk materials.
WEIGHER 50 is designed for industrial large-dose packaging tasks where stable portion weight is required for bags and boxes. The machine forms the dose by weight and can be used as standalone dosing equipment or as part of a packaging line.
The filler is built as a compact block unit and is controlled through a microprocessor weighing terminal. Operating data is shown on the display, allowing the operator to monitor the dosing process and control machine performance during production.
The gravimetric dosing principle makes WEIGHER 50 suitable for applications where weight accuracy is more important than volumetric portioning. The system can be used for both food and non-food bulk products depending on the selected configuration.
WEIGHER 50 can be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines, conveyors and complete filling lines for food, grocery, agricultural, chemical, pet food and construction material manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
