TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10C is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of PET bottles, aluminium cans and glass jars in shrink film.
The machine is suitable for beverage bottles, aluminium cans, glass jars and other cylindrical containers that need stable group packaging in 2×3 and 3×4 block formats.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10C is designed for automatic shrink wrapping lines where bottle or can groups must be separated into rows, formed into blocks and wrapped in shrink film with stable package geometry.
The machine forms product groups in 2×3 and 3×4 formats from PET bottles, aluminium cans or glass jars. Row separation can be performed using a “shaker” or “arrow” row separation system, depending on the product and line configuration.
The L-shaped layout with a feeding conveyor positioned at 90° to the main machine axis supports stable block forming and compact integration into production lines. The machine can be supplied with right-hand or left-hand conveyor orientation.
After block forming, the product group is wrapped in shrink film, sealed with a double welded seam and transferred through the shrink tunnel for heat shrinking.
TURBOPACK 254 ASP-10C can be used as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or integrated into automatic packaging lines for beverage, food, household chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
