TURBOPACK 261 is an automatic high-performance shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of glass and PET bottles in shrink film.
The line forms stable product blocks in 2×3 and 3×4 formats and is suitable for beverage, dairy, food and non-food production lines where bottles must be grouped for transport, storage and retail distribution.
TURBOPACK 261 is designed for automatic high-output bottle packaging. The line forms rows using a “shaker” or “arrow” row separation system, creates group blocks, wraps them in shrink film and performs heat shrinking in a two-zone shrink tunnel.
Product rows are separated and formed into the required block configuration before film wrapping. After block forming, the package is wrapped in shrink film and transferred to the shrink tunnel for uniform heat shrinking.
The machine operates in automatic mode and provides stable block geometry, reliable film wrapping and consistent shrink quality for bottle group packaging.
TURBOPACK 261 can be integrated into automatic filling, bottling and secondary packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
