TURBOPACK 25 with Cardboard Divider is a high-output shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of products in heat-shrinkable film with a cardboard divider between product rows.
The line is suitable for bottles, cans, Pure Pak and Gable Top cartons, rectangular products and other single items that need to be formed into group blocks for transport, warehouse handling and secondary packaging.
The key feature of TURBOPACK 25 with Cardboard Divider is the installation of a cardboard separator between product rows. This helps create a more stable group package for products that require additional separation or protection inside the shrink-wrapped block.
Each technological stage is performed by a separate automatic module: block forming, cardboard divider placement, sleeve wrapping and heat shrinking. This modular structure allows the line to be configured according to the required product type, block size, packaging format and output.
The line can support different packaging concepts: shrink film only, shrink film with corrugated cardboard pad, shrink film with tray, or shrink film with cardboard divider depending on the production task.
