DESCRIPTION

TURBOPACK 254 ASP-12 is an automatic shrink wrapping machine designed for group packaging of bottles, cans and other cylindrical containers in shrink film.

The machine is suitable for glass bottles, glass jars, aluminium cans, PET containers and other cylindrical products that require stable group packaging for transportation, storage and retail distribution.

TURBOPACK 254 ASP-12 is designed for high-productivity automatic shrink wrapping of cylindrical containers. The machine forms group blocks in 2×3, 2×4, 2×5, 3×4 and 3×5 formats and performs film wrapping and heat shrinking in automatic mode.

Products are fed to the block forming area, where the required group configuration is created before wrapping. After block forming, the product group is wrapped in shrink film, sealed with a double welded seam and transferred through the shrink tunnel.

The machine can be supplied with right-hand or left-hand feeding conveyor orientation, which makes it easier to integrate into existing production and packaging lines.

TURBOPACK 254 ASP-12 can be used as standalone shrink wrapping equipment or integrated into automatic packaging lines for beverage, food, household chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
