TURBOPACK 261M Automatic Shrink Wrapping Line with Moving Sealing Head
TURBOPACK 261M is an automatic high-performance shrink wrapping line designed for group packaging of PET and glass bottles in heat-shrinkable film.
The line forms product blocks in 2×3 and 3×4 formats and is suitable for beverage, dairy, food and non-food production lines where bottles must be grouped for transport, storage and retail distribution.
The key feature of TURBOPACK 261M is the packaging module with a moving sealing head. It welds the film while following the product block in dynamic mode, without stopping the conveyor.
Product rows are formed using a “shaker” or “arrow” row separation system. After row separation, the line forms the required group block, wraps it in shrink film and transfers it to the two-zone shrink tunnel.
The dynamic sealing principle helps maintain continuous product movement during film welding, making the machine suitable for high-performance bottle packaging lines where stable throughput and package geometry are important.
TURBOPACK 261M can be integrated into automatic filling, bottling and secondary packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
