LINEPACK F3M HS High-Speed Flow Pack Machine
LINEPACK F3M HS is a high-speed horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for continuous wrapping of piece food and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, bread, crispbread, pizza, ice cream, glazed curd bars, chocolate bars, confectionery products, portion snacks, household products and other regular-shaped piece products that require high-speed Flow Pack packaging.
The key feature of LINEPACK F3M HS is high-speed operation up to 450 packages per minute. The machine is designed for continuous production lines where stable product feeding, accurate servo control and repeatable sealing quality are critical.
LINEPACK F3M HS forms a Flow Pack package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a rotary sealing unit. The machine is suitable for mass production of small and medium-sized piece products with stable geometry.
The machine uses independent servo control for key operations, an advanced motion control system and a modular structure that allows the equipment to be adapted to a specific production line. Optional systems can be used to reduce downtime, remove empty packs, reject products outside the required dimensions and work with non-heat-sealable adhesive films.
LINEPACK F3M HS can be used as a standalone high-speed Flow Pack machine or integrated with automatic feeding systems, reject modules, discharge conveyors, date coding, film splicing, labeling and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
