LINEPACK F is a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for wrapping piece food and non-food products into three-seam heat-sealable packages.
The machine is suitable for biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, bread, baguettes, burgers, pancakes, pizza, ice cream, cheese, glazed curd bars, chocolate bars, confectionery products, soap bars, sponges and other piece products.
The key advantage of LINEPACK F is its balanced configuration for small and medium production facilities. The machine is suitable for products with regular or moderately complex geometry and provides stable Flow Pack packaging at up to 60 packages per minute.
LINEPACK F forms a package from roll-fed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and creates transverse seals using a rotary one-position sealing unit. The machine can work with polypropylene and polypropylene-based packaging materials.
The machine supports products in the shape of a parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex bodies. This makes it suitable for confectionery, bakery, dairy-based snacks, frozen semi-finished products and non-food piece products.
LINEPACK F can be used as a standalone horizontal packaging machine or integrated with product feeding conveyors, automatic placers, transport tables, labeling, date coding, gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
