Single-Lane Cottage Cheese Weigher for Granular Curd

The machine is intended for products that require careful handling during dosing. Its design helps prevent the formation of large lumps inside the package and supports stable portioning of granular cottage cheese before packaging.
This single-lane cottage cheese weigher is designed specifically for loose granular curd, not for standard dry bulk products. It provides accurate dosing in the 0.2–1 kg range and can operate with packaging machines or as standalone dosing equipment.
The dosing process is controlled by a microprocessor weighing terminal. Operating information is displayed on the screen, allowing the operator to monitor the dosing cycle and control machine performance during production.
The weigher can be used for filling cottage cheese into bags, containers or other receiving systems, depending on the packaging line configuration.
