Large-Dose Two-Lane Flow Weigher for Free-Flowing Products
Large-Dose Two-Lane Flow Weigher is a gravimetric dosing unit designed for accurate weighing of large doses of free-flowing and small-piece products in two product streams.
The weigher is suitable for pasta, grains, cereals, corn sticks, flour, sugar, dry pet food, washing powder, construction mixtures, soil, fertilizers and other bulk products that require dosing in larger portions.
This large-dose two-lane flow weigher is designed for portions from 1 to 15 kg. It can work as standalone dosing equipment or as part of a PITPACK 1008 filling and packaging unit for industrial bulk product packaging.
The product is fed into weighing pockets, where the target dose is formed by weight. After the required dose is reached, the portion is discharged into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The filler works in a stepwise cyclic mode and can operate automatically or manually with external control, depending on configuration. The machine can be supplied with or without feedback control.
The large-dose two-lane flow weigher can be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines and complete packaging lines for food, grocery, chemical, pet food, agricultural and construction material manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
