Four-Lane Flow Weigher for Free-Flowing Products
Four-Lane Flow Weigher is a gravimetric dosing unit designed for accurate weighing of free-flowing, granular and small-piece products in four product streams.
The weigher is suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, spices, tea, coffee, dry breakfasts, nuts, dried fruits, chips, cookies, candies, pet food, detergents, granulated fertilizers, construction materials and other food or non-food bulk products.
The four-lane flow weigher provides higher output than single-, two- and three-lane dosing units while keeping the system simpler and more economical than multihead combination weighers.
The product is fed through vibrating chutes into weighing bins, where each target dose is formed by weight. After the required dose is reached, the portion is discharged into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The dosing process is controlled by a microprocessor weighing terminal, and operating information is shown on the display. The gravimetric dosing principle helps maintain stable portion weight for a wide range of free-flowing products.
The four-lane flow weigher can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines and complete packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
