Single-Lane Flow Weigher for Free-Flowing Products
Single-Lane Flow Weigher is a gravimetric dosing unit designed for accurate weighing of free-flowing, granular, small-piece and selected abrasive products before packaging.
The weigher is suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, spices, tea, coffee, cookies, candies, nuts, dried fruits, chips, frozen vegetables, berries, mushrooms, seafood, dumplings, pet food, detergents, granulated fertilizers and other food or non-food products.
The single-lane flow weigher is an economical solution for manufacturers that need accurate weight dosing at moderate speed. It can operate as a standalone dosing unit or be integrated with vertical packaging machines and other filling systems.
The product is fed through vibrating chutes into the weighing bin, where the target dose is formed by weight. After the dose is reached, the portion is discharged into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The weigher is controlled by a microprocessor weighing terminal, and operating information is shown on the display. For frozen products, product-contact parts can be made of corrugated stainless steel to improve product movement.
The single-lane flow weigher can be used for standalone dosing or integrated into SIGITASPAK packaging lines for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
