Three-Lane Flow Weigher for Free-Flowing Products
Three-Lane Flow Weigher is a gravimetric dosing unit designed for accurate weighing of free-flowing, granular, small-piece and selected abrasive products in three product streams.
The weigher is suitable for grains, cereals, pasta, sugar, salt, spices, tea, coffee, cookies, candies, gingerbread, nuts, dried fruits, chips, frozen vegetables, berries, mushrooms, seafood, dumplings, pet food, detergents, granulated fertilizers and other food or non-food products.
The three-lane flow weigher is a medium-output solution for manufacturers that need accurate weight dosing in three streams. It provides higher productivity than single-lane and two-lane weighers while remaining simpler than multihead combination weighing systems.
The product is fed through vibrating chutes into weighing bins, where each target dose is formed by weight. After the required dose is reached, the portion is discharged into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The weigher is controlled by a microprocessor weighing terminal, and operating information is shown on the display. For frozen products, product-contact parts can be made of corrugated stainless steel to improve product movement.
The three-lane flow weigher can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines and complete packaging lines for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
